Paul Hardesty has been a permanent fixture at the West Virginia statehouse for over two decades. He served on the legislative teams of Governors Bob Wise and Joe Manchin. Paul also served the Manchin Administration as the Director of the Public Energy Authority. In 2006, he formed Capitol Concepts LLC, which he grew into the largest lobby practice in West Virginia.
Paul has provided government affairs and lobbying services for dozens of high-profile companies here in the Mountain State. In 2019, Paul was appointed to the West Virginia State Senate by Governor Jim Justice to fill an unexpired term. After completing that term, he went back into the government relations arena and formed PDH Business Solutions.
In 2023, Paul merged PDH Business Solutions into LNE Group West Virginia. He serves as Senior Counsel to LNE Group WV.
